Regularity is essential for academic continuity. Please follow these standardized protocols for all pupil absences.
For anticipated leaves (e.g. urgent family affairs), parents must submit a written application in advance via the student diary or official letter addressed to the Principal.
In case of sudden illness, parents must notify the school office or class teacher via note on the immediate day the pupil rejoins school.
Absence extending beyond three consecutive working days on health grounds must be accompanied by a formal medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner.
Remaining absent for more than six consecutive days without sanctioned leave will result in the student's name being struck off the school register.
No student who fails to secure at least 75% attendance across the working days of the academic session will be permitted to sit for the final annual promotion or ICSE/ISC Board examinations.
