Following these systematic guidelines ensures a prompt, hassle-free transition to the student's next academic destination.
One calendar month's written notice must be submitted in advance to the Principal by the parent or legal guardian prior to student withdrawal.
If one month's notice is not provided, one month's composite fee in lieu of notice will be payable before the issuance of the Transfer Certificate.
The student must obtain a formal 'No Dues Certificate' certifying return of all library books, science apparatus, sports equipment, and clearance of dues from the accounts desk.
The official Transfer Certificate and student cumulative dossier will be prepared and issued within 7 to 10 working days after receipt of the clearance form.
Parents planning to withdraw their child at the conclusion of the academic year must intimate the school in writing before February 28th. Applications submitted after the commencement of the new academic session in April will require payment of the scheduled first-quarter dues.
