The home and school are two halves of the child’s sacred universe. Following these guidelines ensures an optimal, peaceful learning environment.
Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity, punctuality, and personal cleanliness in their children, ensuring homework and project tasks are completed diligently at home.
The official Student Almanac / Diary is the primary bridge of daily communication. Parents must check and countersign teacher remarks, circulars, assessment notices, and fee alerts promptly.
Attending scheduled PTMs is an essential duty of parents. PTMs offer constructive dialogues regarding academic growth, character development, and behavioral adjustments. Children must accompany parents in full school uniform.
Parents and guardians are strictly not permitted to enter classrooms directly or disturb teachers during teaching hours. Any meeting with a faculty member must be pre-arranged through the Principal’s office during scheduled hours.
Sacred Heart Convent School maintains a culture of mutual reverence. Parents are expected to communicate with faculty, administrative personnel, and support staff with utmost dignity, decorum, and courtesy.
All quarterly educational fees must be settled by the prescribed due date. Defaulting on fees disturbs school operational commitments and may lead to withholding of report cards and examination admit cards.
Children suffering from contagious illnesses (such as chickenpox, measles, conjunctivitis, viral flu) must not be sent to school until the medically certified quarantine period has elapsed, protecting fellow classmates.
Parents must ensure that students do not bring smartphones, smartwatches with SIMs, expensive cameras, gold jewellery, or large sums of cash to campus. The school disclaims liability for lost non-permitted articles.
Parents having constructive feedback, special family circumstances, or academic queries are warmly invited to meet the Principal between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM on working days with prior appointment.
